Law Librarian

She thinks she stands above me there
Her pen lodged firmly in her hair
With stern reproach she holds me back
Unaware she changes track
And releases me unto the books
Of legal knowledge with glaring looks
She points her finger to beware
Not knowing I'm about to share
The warmth and tenderness that she lacks
In subtle backroom fierce attacks

  1. Peace, brother. Thanks for reaching out. Keep writing. Your voice is important. America tries to keep brothers and sisters in the system silent, and it's important that you let the world know where you're coming from. Keep your head up.

    blessings.
